The classic first-person shooter game that spawned an entire genre, Wolfenstein 3D, is now available on the iPhone and iPod Touch via the iTunes App Store.
Wolfenstein 3D Classic contains all six original episodes, all of your favorite memorable enemies, and comes with two new clever control systems designed for the iPhone by technical visionary and id Software founder, John Carmack.
John Carmack who personally led the project and has made the source code available as well as a narrative of the Wolfenstein 3D Classic iPhone development, where he also hints that Wolfenstein 3D Classic will not be the only classic title to grace the AppStore. The Wolfenstein 3D Classic download is only 9.9MB and available for $4.99.

The official MacOS port has been delayed. However, apparently someone has indeed ported
Alien Arena to the Mac, and released a patch (which requires the linux version).

UFO: ALIEN INVASION is a squad-based tactical strategy game in the tradition of the old X-COM PC games, but with a twist. Our game combines military realism with hard science-fiction and the weirdness of an alien invasion.
