FrontierVille is a game created and developed by Zynga. It was released on June 9th, 2010 and is available to play on Facebook.

In FrontierVille, the Pioneer can tame the wild and create his/her own special Homestead and town. In order to build a thriving frontier town, the Pioneer must first gather the proper resources and clear the land. Chopping Lumber Trees will produce Wood while harvesting Fruit Trees, Animals, and Crops can produce Food, Coins and Energy. After chopping and harvesting, the Pioneer will have to begin constructing Buildings to found a town on the FrontierVille Homestead. The Pioneer is given Goals to help them along the way. The Pioneer won’t be alone, and will have a Spouse, and a family to raise too!

Blood Frontier is a Free and Open Source game, using SDL and OpenGL which allows it to be ported to many platforms; The game is available for Windows, Linux/BSD and Mac OSX.

The game is a single-player and multi-player first-person ego-shooter, built as a total conversion of Cube Engine 2, which lends itself toward a balanced gameplay, completely at the control of map makers, while maintaining a general theme of agility in a low gravity environment. In a true open source by the people for the people nature, it tries to work closely with the gaming and open source communities to provide a better overall experience, taking all sorts of feedback from your average player, to your seasoned developer, aiming to create a story-driven game environment that is flexible, fun, easy to use, and pleasing to the eye.

A great Space MMO game from codemasters. Too bad it will not be f2p, like for example Guild Wars, but the top notch graphic and huge battles of thousands really tempts me to enter the Beta..
