From the creators of the popular “Brytenwalda” mod, Taleworlds present “Viking Conquest”, an upcoming DLC for Mount & Blade Warband! This single and multi player DLC brings Mount & Blade to historical Dark Age Britain, complemented by authentic scenes and cultures. The DLC has a story mode with a complex plot, where choices have real consequences, as well as a standard sandbox mode in an all new setting, with expanded options and controls. Online battling also takes on its own flavour, with special modes like Coastal Assault and Warlord.
I think that if this game would have had a mod tool, we wouldn t have paid DLC, but a lot of free maps and free mods and probably one of the first map made would have been a re-creation with the frostbite engine 2 of that scene in the first matrix movie where Neo and Trinity fight in the Police Station.

The Last Stand is a cooperative survival mode that gives gamers control of an individual hero unit and drops a small multiplayer team into a battle with impossible odds. Players can choose between a Space Marine Captain, Eldar Farseer or Ork Mekboy and will team up with two other squad-mates in an attempt to hold out as long as possible against wave after wave of relentless attackers.
Hero units level up and are fully customizable as new armor and weapons become available from game to game. Every new unlock gives your hero unique abilities or passive skill traits exclusive to The Last Stand. Working together to devise innovative strategies is the key to success in this brand-new battle mode.
Each wave in The Last Stand is significantly more difficult and deadlier than the previous wave. The Last Stand is addictive, fast-paced, and full of relentless action. Play for survival or play for high score, both will earn you a place on leaderboards for ultimate bragging rights. The Last Stand is the third pillar to campaign and PvP game modes in Dawn of War II.
