Never been in Sweden, but from what i saw on tv, it is a very advanced country, technologically and culturally, so this verdict comes a bit surprisingly to me, well as all the countries, they have shadows, and this verdict must be one of those.
To me this seems like the story of David vs Goliath, and the verdict sounds like hit 1 to educate 100, i mean what is supposed this thing to do? You close a website and ruin the life of 4 swedish guys for what? Do you think that tomorrow people who download will rush and go buy your products? DREAM ON.
This is completely wrong, if u charge them, you must charge all ISP providers of the world, you must trial all the users of the internet, i heard 80% of internet traffic is generated by porn and torrent bits, so what you are going to arrest millions of people?
Some time ago i read an article, where a dev of Call of Duty 4, was saying you don’t imagine how many people play the game with illegal copies on unauthorized servers, like he was thinking that this loosers would have bought the game!! hahaha keep dreaming dude, they just played it cause it was free (for them) i saw that type of people, they won’t buy even if it costed 1 dollar and if u take away the internet from them, they just buy a game in 50 people and then everyone makes a copy, or simply they go out to get some fun.

How do you test the software? You put it on your PC, and then do what you’d normally do. Your PC will automatically and anonymously send our engineers the information they need to verify the fixes and changes they made based on the Windows 7 Beta tests.
You don’t need to rush to get the RC. The RC will be available at least through July 2009 and we’re not limiting the number of product keys, so you have plenty of time.
Watch the calendar. The RC will expire on June 1, 2010. Starting on March 1, 2010, your PC will begin shutting down every two hours. Windows will notify you two weeks before the bi-hourly shutdowns start. To avoid interruption, you’ll need to install a non-expired version of Windows before March 1, 2010.
