It’s a mini game in which the player can play a battle by Canadian-US unit in the Italy Campaign in WW2, risk style.
So it seems a french team is working on this mugen project based on the Saint Seiya Warriors (manga/anime), as far as i know the project is still alive, and when completed will allow to play with 15 characters.. LINK
You play with crayons and physics. The goal of the game is to move the red ball so that it collects the stars. You can cause the red ball to move by drawing physical objects.
