Is this legal? According to various magazines online, the game can’t be bought anywhere and seems that no1 is interested in re-publishing, and it’s difficult to know who has the publishing rights, so technically this game is a not declared abandonware.
You can still buy this game on Amazon so i think isn´t really legal!

Just to be sure i want to say that the files are not hosted on this site. 😆
The guys at the revival site refer to a “functional” game, hence it is (partially) true that the sold games you mentioned doesn’t really work on modern os.
So definelty not fully legal, but in my opinion the selling is more for collectionism.
