UPDATE:The game is no longer Free to Play, it will split in 2 different games, H1Z1: Just Survive and H1Z1: King of the Kill. Anyone who already have H1Z1 will be granted both versions and will see it listed in Steam games inventory on February 17th 2016.
Offering a total sandbox experience, H1Z1 is a zombie survival MMO set in a post-apocalyptic world. H1Z1 is in EARLY ACCESS which means you should expect bugs and disruptions in service. PlanetsideBattles and SOE announced an event to cement Planetside 2’s place in gaming history. On January 24th, 2015, at 22:00UTC, they will be attempting to break the Guinness World Record for “Most Players Online in an FPS Battle.” The current record is 999 players held by Man vs Machine, a one off, browser based game created in 2012 specifically to surpass Planetside 1’s record at the time. The record attempt will consist of approximately 1,100 players and take place on the Jaeger competitive server as a 3 way match on Hossin, pitting each FACTION not servers, against each other. This means that a TR from Connery will be fighting alongside the combined TR populations from all servers; the same goes for the NC and VS.

The Internet Archive opened a new Library made of Software for MS-DOS machines that represent entertainment and games. The collection includes action, strategy, adventure and other unique genres of game and entertainment software. Through the use of the EM-DOSBOX in-browser emulator, these programs are bootable and playable.

Sonic World is a fan game engine geared towards the Adventures and Heroes games. It is a very advanced enhancement of the BlitzSonic engine. The game is also very customizable. One of the game’s focuses is characters. 20+ playable characters. They are all individual with a certain set of shared moves. The game is looking to mix the best of Sonic games altogether along with new ideas.

In addition to players from countries of the former USSR and Poland are now joined by Survivors from the rest of Europe. Currently the Survarium Open-Beta contains two variations of PVP mode: Team Deathmatch and Battery Retrieval. The game is available in Russian, Ukrainian, English, German and Polish. In the near future there are plans to localize the game into other European languages. Note that the transition of the game to the stage of Open-Beta in Europe does not mean the end of project development; on the contrary, there will be further development of Survarium and lots of new features, including the long-awaited FreePlay (PvE) mode.
