Mugen should work using the program Crossover (but it s not freeware), otherwise you have to use other programs, emulator or a virtual machine to run the mugen on the mac.

Umm, when i click on the download dragon ball z MUGEN button it just brings me to another page with the collection mirrors on it? i wanted Dragon ball z

You will be send to a page with the mugen list.. choose your favourite one.
If you meant that the game is not available on the mugen list.. well, it can be deleted by the file hoster for whatever the reason.
